Background
Adaptiva Sinergi Asia was established because of our concern with the increasing number of consultants who did not emphasize the values and principles of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban in Indonesia.
These consultants do not emphasize the humanization of the people behind the creative industry and only emphasize mechanics in the presence of management and organization leaders. It causes misperceptions from the business perspective and often victimizes its workers.
The results are skepticism about Agile from the business side as well as the creative workers themselves who are actually very humanizing its people compared to mechanics practices.

Adaptiva is founded on integrity, which means we are willing to expose risks to be open to create a good collaboration to pursue agility in resolving risks and problems together.
We do not deny that improving agility is not simple work, it is complex yet achievable.

PT Scrum Asia Pacific stands to teach companies in Indonesia to be adaptive to change and humanize software delivery practitioners using the Scrum framework. As a pioneer in Scrum training in Indonesia, PT Scrum Asia Pacific has already had an impact by changing the way companies in Indonesia to deliver software to their customers and have the richest experience among other similar companies.
