PT. Adaptiva Sinergi Asia was established because of our concern with the increasing number of consultants who did not emphasize the values and principles of Agile, Scrum and Kanban in Indonesia. These consultants do not emphasize the humanization of the people behind the creative industry and only emphasize mechanics in the presence of management and organization leaders. It causes misperceptions from the business perspective and often victimizes its workers. The results are skepticism about Agile from the business side as well as the creative workers themselves who are actually very humanizing its people compared to mechanics practices.
PT. Adaptiva Sinergi Asia is founded on integrity, which means we are willing to take risks to be open to create a good collaboration to pursue agility. We do not deny that improving agility is not a simple work, it is complex but yet achievable.

In addition to being a pioneer in Scrum training, PT Scrum Asia Pacific has also written the first Scrum book in Indonesian entitled Modern Management with Scrum, which has inspired many software delivery practitioners to help make a difference in Indonesia's software delivery ecosystem. PT Scrum Asia Pacific is also a member of the first and only Scrum.org Professional Training Network in Indonesia. As a member of the Scrum.org Professional Training Network, it means that PT Scrum Asia Pacific is a trusted company in delivering international quality Scrum training in Indonesia.
